Post Office Bulk Mail Procedures

 

To qualify for bulk mailing the mailing must contain at least 200 pieces. 

 

All mailing pieces must be the same size and weight.  

 

All envelopes must be stamped with your office bulk mail/presorted stamp. Postcards designed by the graphics department will have the appropriate stamp as part of your design.

Once all mail is labeled, stuffed, and sealed, reach out to Natalie with the total number of in-state pieces, 

out-of-state pieces, and piece weight.  We can help with piece weight if needed here at the office.   Natalie will submit the bulk mail request online with the post office. 

 

Now you are ready to go to the post office.

You must be prepared with CASH, CHECK, or DEBIT CARD to pay for the postage.
